Concrete Coatings Crew
(Leader + Team Members)

Team Leader / Foreman
Full-Time | $17–$20/hr (based on experience)
You’ll lead a crew on residential and commercial jobs, keep things moving, and make sure the work is done right.
What You’ll Do
- Run jobs from start to finish (prep → install → clean-up)
- Lead and train crew members
- Work hands-on with:
- Epoxy & polyaspartic coatings
- Staining & sealing
- Overlays
- Concrete grinding & polishingRead plans, scopes, and job details
- Keep jobs organized, on schedule, and safe
- Solve problems on the fly (because they always come up)
- Communicate with management on job progress
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who shows up, works hard, and leads by example
- Experience in concrete coatings, construction, or similar trades (preferred)
- Can run equipment and manage a crew
- Good communicator with basic math skills
- Valid driver’s license (you’ll drive company trucks)
- Can lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work
Team Member
Full-Time | $15–$17/hr
No fluff — we need people who are ready to work, learn, and be part of a team.
What You’ll Do
- Help install concrete coatings (epoxy, sealers, polish, etc.)
- Prep floors (grinding, cleaning, masking)
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Work alongside a crew to get jobs done efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and on time — every day
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- Can take direction and work as a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Basic math and communication skills
